Heart disease, mainly coronary artery disease is a significant concern not only in India but across the globe. Once the patient is diagnosed to have blockages in the coronary vessels, then the worst fear is when you asked to undergo bypass surgery or angioplasty, both are invasive and high-risk cardiac procedures. Now there is new treatment called Vaso-Meditech Enhanced External Counterpulsation it is a non-surgical procedure so is not a surgery, and it is a non-invasive procedure, so it's not an angioplasty; it is another method to improve the blood supply to the heart muscle without the patient undergoing an angioplasty or bypass surgery.
EECP THERAPY uses a proprietary technology to inflate and deflate a series of pneumatic cuffs enclosing the lower extremities of the patients. Treatment is administered on a padded table in which three sets of electronically controlled inflation and deflation valves are located.
